Launching his eponymous label Ezra in 2004, this Philippine born UAE-based designer has not only been credited for helping put the Middle East on the international fashion map, but also for never forgotten his Asian roots. Having studied at Central Saint Martins in London as well as in the Philippines, Ezra Santos came to Dubai in 1993 and spent a decade working as an in-house designer before starting his own label.

 

As a proud Filipino designer, with such a diverse and proud cultural heritage to draw upon, there is always an element of the country's aesthetics in his artfully sculpted gowns. His exquisitely tailored designs have been worn on the red carpet by a number of world celebrities, including Britney Spears. His international acclaim, as well as his utter humility despite his immense talent, have ensured his position as a much sought after designer. Ezra lets his talent speak for itself.
